Chris and his team were prompt, on time, polite, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. They listened to my vision and brought it to life even better than I had imagined. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable landscaping services.

We have been loyal customers of Nelson Landscape Company since purchasing our home in 2020. Every year we've ordered mulch from them because they've always been reliable, provided excellent customer service, and delivered quickly and seamlessly. Until this year, we had nothing but positive things to say. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was completely unacceptable and has left us extremely disappointed. When we called to order mulch, we were told the credit card machine was down, so we couldn't pay over the phone. We were informed that paying the driver upon delivery was an option. We were also told the mulch would be delivered the following afternoon and that the driver would call before arriving. I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery. At 4:20 p.m., I had to leave briefly to pick up my child from daycare for a 4:30 pickup. Shortly after, I received a call from Nelson Landscape stating the mulch had already been delivered. The employee who called was rude, disrespectful, and immediately demanded payment. They insisted I had been told delivery would occur between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m., which was never communicated to me. Had I been given that information, I would h

Thanks to Nelson Landscaping for another job well down. Jeremiah always knows what to do to solve a problem. The mulch gives a much better look to the shrubs. Thank you for all your hard work. It looks great.

Yard has a very difficult slope with a hybrid pool( half in ground, half above). I had a vague idea of what I wanted and Nelson filled in the blanks. His professionalism is spectacular. The design and materials were perfect. VERY HAPPY!
